Jorge Pinos-Gonzalez ("Pinos") petitions for review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), which dismissed his appeal from the decision of an Immigration Judge (IJ) finding him ineligible for cancellation of removal. The BIA concluded that Pinos was attempting to appeal an issue that he had conceded with an argument he had not raised before the IJ.
