Basso (the "Debtor") appeals from the bankruptcy court order (the "Order") denying his discharge pursuant to § 727(a)(2)(A)1 and sustaining Karlene Antognoni's, as Executrix of the Estate of Guido Antognoni (the "Plaintiff"), objection to his homestead exemption. The bankruptcy court denied the Debtor's discharge under the continuous concealment doctrine, and denied the Debtor's homestead exemption...
