Upon the final award of the Beth Din of America in the arbitration proceedings between petitioner Nachum Brisman and respondent, Hebrew Academy of the Five Towns & Rockaway, petitioner moves for an order pursuant to CPLR 7510 confirming the final award of the Beth Din of America and directing that judgment of this court be entered thereon.
