On appeal from his conviction for aggravated child molestation and child molestation, Robert Mullis argues that the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction. He also contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion to quash the indictment, in admitting certain testimonial evidence, and in clearing the courtroom during the victim's testimony.
