I. Introduction

In July of 2004, Appellant Daniel Keith McBride was placed on deferred adjudication community supervision for the offense of indecency with a child. In March of 2007, Appellant pleaded "true" to the allegations of failing to register as a sex offender and other violations of the conditions of his community supervision. The trial court adjudicated Appellant guilty and sentenced him to fifteen years...
