¶ 1 Plaintiffs have appealed from an order of the district court dismissing their lawsuit to quiet title to a mineral interest and seeking an accounting of funds placed in escrow for their predecessor-in-title. The district court concluded that the lawsuit was an impermissible collateral attack on an order of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. The Court of Civil Appeals affirmed.
