After a one day bench trial, Nancy Igbinosun was acquitted on one count of possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(B) (Count I) and convicted on one count of importing a controlled substance in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 952(a) and 960(b)(2)(A) (Count II). Igbinosun now appeals her conviction, charging that her waiver of her Sixth Amendment right to trial...
