Melvin Charles Dishmon ("Movant") appeals the motion court's denial of his Rule 29.151 motion for post-conviction relief which alleged ineffective assistance of counsel, specifically arguing (1) that he was involuntarily coerced by his trial counsel into waiving his right to a jury trial; and (2) that he was prejudiced by trial counsel's improper questioning of Movant
