Opinion by Justice WHITTINGTON.

Michael Carbonara fell thirty-five feet from an escalator on the third level of Texas Stadium to the ground level. He was seriously injured and brought suit against Texas Stadium Corporation on causes of action for negligence and premises liability. The trial judge granted summary judgment in favor of Texas Stadium. On appeal, appellant asserts the trial judge erred in granting the summary judgment, sustaining objections...
