BARNES, Judge.

Case Summary

The City of Hammond, the Hammond Civic Center, and the Hammond Parks Board (collectively, "the Hammond defendants") appeal the trial court's denial of their motion for summary judgment. We reverse and remand.

Issue

The Hammond defendants raise one issue, which we restate as whether the trial court properly concluded that the release signed by Martha Plys is not specific enough to exempt them...
