BARNES, J., for the Court.

¶ 1. William G. Scott appeals the judgment of Circuit Court of Hinds County, First Judicial District, convicting him of capital murder and sentencing him to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Finding error, we reverse the judgment of the trial court and remand the case for a new trial.
