This is an appeal from the decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission ("the Commission") disqualifying Kurt Daniels ("Appellant") from receiving unemployment benefits. Appellant contends that the Commission erred in denying those benefits on the ground that the Commission did not consider all of the possible evidence.
