Robert Alpert, Roman Alpert, and Daniel Alpert ("the Alperts") seek mandamus relief, requesting that the Presiding Judge of the Statutory Probate Courts, the Honorable Guy Herman, vacate six orders reassigning the lawsuits to a new judge, following recusal proceedings.
