This matter comes before the Court upon Mario Anthony Tynes' ("Defendant") April 7, 2008, "Emergency Motion to Correct Sentence," and upon the Court's own March 5, 2008, motion to reduce the Defendant's sentence pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(2). For the reasons set forth below, the Court hereby DENIES the Defendant's motion, GRANTS the Court's own motion, and REDUCES
