Eskedar Teshome-Gebreegziabher ("Teshome"), a native and citizen of Ethiopia, was ordered removed from the United States as an alien present without admission or parole. After exhausting her administrative appeals, Teshome filed a petition for review in this court. Concurrently, she filed a motion to stay her removal pending resolution of her petition for review.
