¶ 1 After a jury trial, appellant Daniel Lopez was convicted of numerous offenses arising out of a series of attacks on women in Tucson in 2004 and 2005. The trial court sentenced him to a combination of concurrent and consecutive prison terms totaling 119.5 years.
