In this appeal, we review the unpublished opinion of the court of appeals in Trattler v. Citron, No. 04CA2113, 2006 WL 2506741 (Colo.App. Aug. 31, 2006). The court of appeals affirmed the trial court's order that two of the plaintiff's experts were properly excluded from testifying in a wrongful death action.
