This lawsuit arises out of a Maine corporation's purchase of a helicopter from a Florida corporation. The Maine plaintiff has asserted contract claims (breach of contract; express and implied warranty), and tort claims (fraudulent and negligent misrepresentation; general negligence). The Florida defendant has moved to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction.
