Facts

The matter before the court is a motion by Paul Steven Milby (herein the "Debtor") for a ruling that he has performed his obligations under 11 U.S.C. §§ 521(a) and 362(h) or, alternatively, for approval of two reaffirmation agreements which he has entered into with State Farm Insurance Bank (herein the "Bank").
