Clark Andrew Arreguin, a son of Aleta B. Arreguin Lowe Roy (Aleta), complains of his removal as independent executor of Aleta's Estate. In three issues, Clark claims: (1) that there was no evidence or alternatively factually insufficient evidence to support his removal; (2) that the trial court erred in denying him attorney's fees, and (3) that there is no evidence to support the appointment of Steve Arreguin as successor independent...
