Nurses Leslee Lanphier, R.N., and Rebecca Francis, R.N., appeal from the trial court's denial of their motion to dismiss Tania. Avis's (a/k/a Tania Greer) claims against them. The nurses rely on Section 101.106(f) of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code in maintaining that the trial court should have dismissed Avis's claims since those claims could have been brought against the nurses' employer, a governmental entity...
