PER CURIAM:

Efren Patino-Prado was convicted by a jury of conspiring to possess with intent to distribute marihuana and cocaine in violation of federal drug laws. On appeal he argues that there was insufficient evidence to sustain his conviction for the cocaine-related conspiracy and that improper jury instructions permitted the jury to convict him without unanimously agreeing as to the precise object of the alleged conspiracy. We find no error and affirm the conviction...
