BILL VANCE, Justice.

In this appeal from an election contest, Jim Willet, Appellant here and Contestee below, challenges the trial court's determination of non-residency for voting purposes of two voters in Ward One of the city of Huntsville, Texas. Willet seeks reversal of the trial court's order that voided the election because two of the challenged voters were not residents of Ward One and thus were ineligible to vote in this race.
