Russell Fisher appeals the trial court's rulings that he was in contempt of the trial court's orders. On appeal, Fisher contends: (1) the trial court lacked jurisdiction to enforce the order approving a wrongful death settlement by contempt proceedings; and (2) the trial court abused its discretion by finding him in contempt. We hold that the trial court did not abuse its discretion by finding Fisher in contempt, and we affirm the decisions...
