General Motors Acceptance Corporation, GMAC, objected to confirmation of the debtors' proposed chapter 13 plan. The court conditionally confirmed the plan and set a de novo hearing on GMAC's objection, GMAC and the debtors subsequently waived oral argument and agreed that the court could decide the objection on the basis of stipulations and briefs.
