Nathan Larell Batchelor (Defendant) appeals from his conviction of robbery with a dangerous weapon. At trial, the State called as a witness one of Defendant's co-defendants, Dion Sykes (Mr. Sykes), who testified that previously he had pleaded guilty to conspiring with Defendant to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon of Griffin's Food Store in Red Oak on 26 July 2005. However, Mr. Sykes then testified that Defendant had not been involved with the robbery...
