Defendants-Appellants, Allshore, Inc. Employee Benefit Plan ("Allshore Plan") and Allshore, Inc., appeal from the District Court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Plaintiff-Appellee, Hahnemann University Hospital ("Hahnemann"). The Appellants also appeal the District Court's order granting Hahnemann's motion for attorney's fees and costs.
