SEE, Justice.

Darryl Dewayne Turner ("Turner") petitions this Court for the writ of mandamus directing the Court of Criminal Appeals to vacate its June 29, 2007, order in which it instructed Judge James W. Woodruff, Jr., to set aside his order granting discovery of certain institutional files and prosecution records. We conclude that Turner has not demonstrated a clear legal right to the relief sought; therefore, we deny the petition.
