Duke Energy International ("DEI") appeals the district court's judgment confirming an arbitration award and denying DEI's request for a stay of enforcement. The district court entered a judgment ordering DEI to pay Wartsila Finland OY and Wartsila Guatemala, SA, (collectively "Wartsila") $13,677,951.64 plus pre- and post-judgment interest. The district court enforced the arbitrator's award despite the presence of separate, pending arbitration...
