¶ 1 Appellant A.S.B. was involuntarily committed to the Montana State Hospital after a hearing in the Eleventh Judicial District Court, Flathead County. The District Court concluded that A.S.B. suffered from a mental disorder which was likely to deteriorate to a point where A.S.B. would pose a threat to himself and others.
