GORTON, District Judge.

A prisoner alleges that his first petition for habeas corpus was dismissed by the sentencing court based on a misconstruction of his argument. Asserting that his remedy was, accordingly, "inadequate and ineffective", he seeks further review in this, the District in which he is currently incarcerated.
