A grand jury indicted Arvell Lee Price for being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1), an offense he committed in 2005. Price pled guilty but did not enter a plea agreement. The district court adopted a presentence report in its entirety without objection from Price. The PSR relied on Guideline § K2.1(a)(2)(2005)1 to calculate a sentencing enhancement...
