Plaintiff alleges that on October 10, 2007 at the nightclub "Tenjune," in the Meatpacking District of New York City, NBA basketball player Jason Kidd "grabbed the plaintiff's buttocks and `crotch' area on multiple occasions without her permission and consent."

The plaintiff, Jane Doe, now moves by order to show cause to proceed anonymously to avoid the possibility of unwanted publicity and the exacerbation...
