Doyaga, Sr., (the "trustee"), the chapter 7 trustee of the estate of Emmerich Handler and Rita Handler (together with Mr. Handler, "the debtors") to approve the stipulations of settlement with Samuel Roth ("Mr.Roth"), Agnes Roth ("Mrs.Roth") and their son, Morris Roth ("Morris") (collectively, "the Roths"), and the debtors' daughter, Hanshe Leibowitz...
