Defendants-Appellants, Third-Party Plaintiffs-Appellants, Cross-Appellees, Pearl Pruett, Ikaika Pruett, and Meredith Pruett (collectively, "the Pruetts"), appeal from the Circuit Court of the First Circuit's ("circuit court's") October 18, 2004 final judgment partially in favor of Plaintiff-Appellee, Cross-Appellee, Allstate Insurance Company ("Allstate").1
