¶ 1 In Tulsa County District Court Case No. CF-2004-2320, Wade Greely Lay was tried by jury and convicted of Count I: First Degree Murder in violation of 21 O.S.2001, § 701.7, and Count II: Attempted Robbery with a Firearm in violation of 21 O.S.2001, § 701.7.
