This appeal involves a premises defect claim against the City of Waco. Debra Kirwan's son, Brad McGehee, was sitting on the edge of Circle Point Cliff in Cameron Park, a park owned and operated by the City, when the ground beneath him gave way and he fell approximately sixty feet to his death. Kirwan, individually and as representative of Brad's estate, brought a wrongful death suit...
