Bossow was convicted in a jury trial of possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture,1 Bossow appeals, primarily arguing that the district court failed to properly instruct the jury with regard to the "personal use exception" in Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-401(14) (Cum.
