Appellants Bernal Stewart Lewis III and William Eric Woodard were jointly indicted, tried, and convicted of trafficking in cocaine and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. Woodard also was convicted of possession of cocaine. In these companion cases, appellants argue that the trial court should have suppressed the drug evidence seized by police and contend that there was insufficient evidence to convict them of the cocaine trafficking and...
