This appeal arises from the February 21, 2007, order of the Craighead County Circuit Court granting grandparent visitation to Appellees David and Paula Morgan ("the Morgans"). We reverse the circuit court's order of grandparent visitation because the Morgans failed to rebut the statutory presumption that a custodian's decision denying or limiting visitation to the petitioner is in the best interest of the child.
