OPINION

Opinion by Chief Justice MORRISS.

By his pretrial writ of habeas corpus, Desmond Dewayne Jackson sought to have his $750,000.00 bail1 reduced in connection with his pending charge of murder during the course of a robbery. After a brief hearing, the trial court denied Jackson's motion without altering its bond requirement. We affirm that denial.
