Appellant, Karon Trotter, Jr., was tried by a jury and found guilty of the offenses of possession of drug paraphernalia, manufacturing cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, and delivery of cocaine. He was sentenced to three years on the drug-paraphernalia conviction and twenty years on each of the remaining convictions. The sentences were ordered to run concurrently.
