MEMORANDUM OPINION

ELLEN SEGAL HUVELLE, District Judge.

Plaintiff David Copeland-Jackson has filed a pro se complaint in this Court alleging defamation, negligence, false light, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress against defendants, an Ohio newspaper and its reporter, based on the publication of three articles (the "Articles") in the Ashland-Times Gazette in which plaintiff is referred to as a pedophile.
