¶ 1. Roy Roderick Riley, Jr., was found sitting in Pamela Boyte's automobile at 9:30 p.m. on March 21, 2006. He was subsequently arrested and indicted on the charge of burglary of an automobile. Following his trial in the Circuit Court of Forrest County, Riley was convicted and sentenced. Riley now appeals and argues that the evidence presented at his trial was not sufficient for the jury...
