Appellant Bryan K. Smith appeals from an order of the circuit court refusing to terminate the guardianship of Danny and Sandra Thomas for their grandson, B.S., who at the time of this writing is age nine. The court of appeals affirmed the circuit court's order. See Smith v. Thomas, 100 Ark.App. 195, 266 S.W.3d 226 (2007). This court then granted Smith's petition for review of that decision.
