[¶ 1] Appellant, James Pinker (Pinker), entered a plea of guilty to a violation of Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 6-2-502(a)(i) (LexisNexis 2007).1 On July 22, 2006, Pinker inflicted injuries on his two-month-old daughter which caused her serious, permanent, and disabling injuries.
