THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, Respondent, v. WAYNE DECKER, Appellant.

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Second Department.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Contrary to the defendant's contention, the trial court properly denied the defendant's motion to dismiss the indictment based on pre-indictment delay (see People v Vernace, 96 N.Y.2d 886 [2001]; People v Taranovich, 37 N.Y.2d 442 [1975]; People v Jones, 267 A.D.2d 250
