Ordered that the appeal from so much of the order as granted the cross motion of the defendant Scott Ross to impose a sanction and for an award of an attorney's fee pursuant to 22 NYCRR 130-1.1 to the extent of directing the plaintiff's counsel to pay the sum of $500 to the Clients Security Fund is dismissed, as the plaintiff is not aggrieved by that portion of the order (see CPLR 5511; Scopelliti v Town of New Castle, 92 N.Y.2d 944
