James Guinn appeals his conviction for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. While executing a no-knock search warrant, police arrested Guinn at another person's residence where methamphetamine was found. The police found Guinn exiting a bedroom, which he had been in for no more than seven seconds. In that bedroom, a small amount of methamphetamine was located on palmsized digital scale on a nightstand cluttered...
