¶ 1 Debra Ann Ashue appeals her conviction for residential burglary. After she was arraigned, Ms. Ashue entered into a pretrial diversion agreement with the State. On appeal, she contends: (1) the diverson program was unauthorized by the Sentencing Reform Act of 1981(SRA), chapter 9.94A RCW; (2) the waiver of constitutional rights was not knowingly, intelligently, and voluntarily made; and (3) she received ineffective assistance
